研究目的：

本研究将建立全牙列的高精度可视化模型，从而获取牙周膜面积在各牙位的分布的全面数据，比较隐形矫治传统磨牙分步远移方案与经过个性化牙齿三维模型在MasterForce力学测试平台模拟测试后设计的远移方案的差异，并据此探索符合生物力学的磨牙远移高效矫治方案。  

Objectives of Study：

In this research we will build full denture visual model which has high precision, so as to obtain a comprehensive data of periodontal membrane area in various tooth.Then we will compare the traditional molar step moving scheme with personalized molar distalization plan which patient's 3D teeth model tested in MasterForce mechanics simulation test. Finally, according to the differences between the two plans we can explore the effective orthodontic protocol that meets the biomechanics of molar distalization.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.颌面部存在严重骨性不对称畸形、开合畸形或偏合畸形；
2.颌面部外伤、手术、正畸史；
3.颌面部软组织发育缺陷或软组织不对称超过5mm；
4.接受正畸正颌联合治疗；
5.存在除第三磨牙外的牙齿缺失；
6.牙列存在重度拥挤需进行拔牙正畸矫治；
7.中-重度牙周炎；
8.面颌骨有实质性病变；
9.颞下颌关节紊乱病并有明显的临床症状；
10.治疗前及治疗期间体质BMI指数超出范围要求；
11.实验前及研究过程中接受面部整形相关治疗；
12.受试者因其他个人原因需退出本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe bone asymmetry malformation, opening and closing malformation or deviated malformation exist in maxillofacial region;
2.Maxillofacial trauma, surgery, orthodontic history;
3.Maxillofacial soft tissue defect or soft tissue asymmetry more than 5mm;
4.Received orthodontic and orthognathic combined treatment;
5.Absence of teeth other than the third molars;
6.Tooth extraction orthodontic treatment was needed for severe dentition congestion;
7.Moderate to severe periodontitis;
8.The facial jaw has substantial lesion;
9.Temporomandibular joint disorder with obvious clinical symptoms;
10.BMI exceeds the range requirements before and during treatment;
11.Facial plastic surgery was performed before and during the study;
12.Subjects need to withdraw from the study for other personal reasons.
