研究目的：

探索iTBS干预左侧M1区对脑卒中失语患者语言相关脑网络和语言功能的影响，为此类患者的语言康复提供可能的新方案。  

Objectives of Study：

Investigating the effect of primary motor cortex intermittent theta burst stimulation (iTBS) on post-stroke aphasia and the brain language network, in order to explore new treatment regimen for the post-stroke aphasia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①无法配合评定；
②伴发其他神经精神疾病 或严重系统性疾病；
③存在体内金属植入物或起搏器等不能进行头颅磁共振检查或 iTBS 干预的情况；
④在研究开始前 1 周内出现一般情况、生命体征不平稳或不能控制的癫痫发作；
⑤怀孕、备孕、哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Not able to finish the assessments;
2. Diagnosed with other major psychiatric disorders or severe systmatic diseases;
3. With implantation of pace-maker or other metal devices which are not allowed for magnetic stimulation or scanning; 4. Unstable vital signs or uncontrolled seizure within one week before the enrollment;
5. Pregnant, preparing for pregnant or lactating women.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

记录纸质版CRF，由专人保存在复旦大学大学附属华山医院；CRF表格数据录入SPSS数据库病进行分析。
