研究目的：

探讨术中保温对髋膝关节置换手术患者术后凝血功能及相关并发症的影响，为预保温对改善此类手术术后并发症所带来的好处提供数据性说明，这将有助于我们更加注重对此类手术患者进行预保温的应用及体温的维持。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of intraoperative heat preservation on postoperative coagulation function and related complications in patients undergoing hip and knee replacement surgery, and to provide data illustrating the benefits of prepreservation in improving postoperative complications of this type of surgery, which will help us pay more attention to the application of prepreservation and maintenance of body temperature in patients undergoing this type of surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

体温本身异常者，有凝血功能障碍或近期服用过抗凝血药物，既往有血栓病史，或检查明确有血栓病史者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with abnormal body temperature, clotting dysfunction or recent use of anticoagulant drugs, previous history of thrombus, or confirmed history of thrombus examination.
