研究目的：

COVID-19已经为全球的健康带来了巨大挑战。在中国，由于人口数量庞大，每天到大型医院门诊和急诊就诊的患者和家属有很多。这样一来，预检分诊工作就十分重要。及时发现疑似病例，一方面可以做出最早的隔离和救治，更重要的是，可以有效的防止传播和扩散。目前，尽管信息化登记的预检分诊方式加快了以往纸质登记的速度，但没有解决患者及家属就诊时反复进出不同楼宇、诊区或功能科室的重复登记问题，浪费了医患双方的时间，降低了患者的就诊满意度。本单位设计和应用了当日有效的“入门证”，解决了这个问题。实施8个月以来，为患者就诊提供了便利，节约了时间，提升了患者的就诊体验。为系统观察当日入门证的应用效果，本项目组获批了本研究课题并通过了伦理委员会审查。  

Objectives of Study：

COVID-19 has brought great challenges to global health. In China, due to the huge population, there are too many patients in large general hospitals every day. In this way, triage is very important, to make the earliest isolation and treatment, to effectively prevent the spread of suspected cases. At present, although the triage registration with computer accelerates the speed of with paper, it does not solve the problem of repeated registration when patients in and out of different buildings, treatment areas or functional departments, which wastes the time and reduces the satisfaction. We designed and applied the "Entry Card" to solve this problem. Since the implementation of 8 months, it has provided convenience, saved time and improved the patient's experience. In order to systematically observe the application effect , the project team applied for this study.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①需要紧急抢救的患者及家属；
②中途转院或救治过程中死亡；
③精神或法律上的不健全的患者；
④退号离开未就诊。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients and their families in need of emergency rescue;
2. Patients who need transferred to hospital or die in the process of treatment;
3. Patients with mentally or legally unsound;
4. Patients who leave the hospital without seeing a doctor.
