研究目的：

1.探索针灸能否改善帕金森病伴发直立性低血压的患者站立后血压的下降； 2.探索针灸能否改善帕金森病伴发直立性低血压的患者站立后头晕的症状； 3.探索针灸能否改善帕金森病伴发直立性低血压的患者脑血流量的减少。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore whether acupuncture can improve the reduction of blood pressure after standing in patients with Parkinson's disease and orthostatic hypotension; 2. To explore whether acupuncture can improve the symptoms of dizziness after standing in patients with Parkinson's disease and orthostatic hypotension; 3. To explore whether acupuncture can improve the reduction of cerebral blood flow in patients with Parkinson's disease and orthostatic hypotension.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并心脏、肝脏、肾脏等严重器质性病变的患者；
2.不能配合的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe organic diseases such as heart, liver and kidney;
2.Patients who cannot cooperate.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

使用SPSS软件生成随机序号，并按序将分组信息打印在纸上对折后，分别装入外面标有对应序号的不透光信封密封。盲底和随机信封都由专人保存。门诊患者在签署知情同意书后进行筛选。筛选成功的受试者依次获得一个入组序号。由研究者通过致电随机信封管理人员，将对应序号随机信封拆开确定受试者的治疗分组情况。

Use SPSS software to generate a random serial number, and print the grouping information in sequence on the paper, fold it in half, and seal it in a opaque envelope with the corresponding serial number on the outside. The blind bottom and random envelopes are kept by someone.
