研究目的：

利用前瞻性随机对照研究探讨单孔腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术与标准腹腔镜根治性结直肠癌切除术的优劣。

Objectives of Study：

Use prospective randomized controlled study to explore the advantages and disadvantages between laparoendoscopic single-site surgery and standard laparoscopic surgery for radical colorectal cancer resection.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 手术区域广泛粘连；
2. 经超声、CT、MRI等检查判断有临近器官侵犯和/或远处转移；
3. 心、肝、肾、肺等重要脏器功能有绝对手术禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Adjacent organ invasion and/or distant metastasis;
2. Extensive adhesions in the surgical area;
3. Absolute surgical contraindications.

研究者利用SPSS 23.0软件生成140个随机数，利用随机信封法进行分组隐匿，受试者按照信封中的编号进入相应的组别。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The researcher use SPSS 23.0 software to create 140 random numbers, then used the random envelope method to group and conceal. The subjects entered the corresponding group according to the number in the envelope.
