研究目的：

1、探究羟考酮复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉是否可有效抑制超声胃镜引起呛咳、体动反应； 2、探究羟考酮复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉与舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚对比，是否可以减少丙泊酚的用量。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore whether oxycodone combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia can effectively inhibit cough and motor response caused by ultrasonic gastroscope. 2. To explore whether oxycodone combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia and sufentanil combined with propofol can reduce the dosage of propofol.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

阿片类药物及其他麻醉药物过敏史及成瘾史；严重心肺疾病、肝肾功能异常；无法配合及拒绝参与者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of allergy and addiction to opioids and other narcotic drugs;
2. Severe cardiopulmonary diseases, abnormal liver and kidney functions;
3. Unable to cooperate and reject participants.

采用随机数字表法按照1:1比例，将40名拟行无痛超声胃镜检查术的患者随机分为2组，每组各20人。

According to the proportion of 1:1, 40 patients who were going to undergo painless ultrasonic gastroscopy were randomly divided into two groups with 20 patients in each group (n = 20).
