研究目的：

通过功能磁共振（fMRI）检查，分析间歇性外斜视患者视觉中枢的变化，探讨视觉中枢的改变是否可以作为间歇性外斜视术前评估及预后指标，并建立相应评估体系。  

Objectives of Study：

Through functional magnetic resonance (fMRI) examination, the changes in the visual center of patients with intermittent exotropia were analyzed, and whether the changes in the visual center could be used as preoperative evaluation and prognosis indicators for intermittent exotropia, and a corresponding evaluation system was established.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.全身发育异常或合并颅脑及神经系统疾病；
2.眼球震颤；
3.合并垂直斜视、斜肌功能异常及A-V征；
4.眼部手术史；
5.高度远视(等效球镜度>+5.0D)、高度近视(等效球镜度>-6.0D)；
6.高度散光患者(柱镜度>2.5D)；
7.弱视病史；
8.MRI检查禁忌症（心脏起搏器、体内治疗性或意外存在的可磁化金属或假体、既往头部或脊柱外伤需要神经外科手术等）；
9.幽闭恐惧症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Systemic dysplasia or combined craniocerebral and nervous system diseases;
2. Nystagmus;
3. Combined vertical strabismus, abnormal oblique muscle function and A-V sign;
4. History of eye surgery;
5. High degree of hyperopia (equivalent spherical mirror degree>+5.0D), high myopia (equivalent spherical mirror degree>-6.0D);
6. Patients with high astigmatism (cylindrical power>2.5D);
7. History of amblyopia;
8. MRI contraindications (pacemakers, magnetizable metals or prostheses for therapeutic or accidental presence in the body, previous head or spinal trauma requiring neurosurgery, etc.);
9. Claustrophobia.
