研究目的：

本研究在前期研究基础上，拟将干预年龄进一步前移至4岁，依托互联网医院平台和校园服务站，在筛查、诊断、治疗和随访方面进一步优化ADHD医教家一体化，在行为治疗方面进一步深化医教家一体化，让行为治疗走进学校，走进家庭，在静安区中小幼校园全面推广ADHD医教家一体化，提高ADHD疾病知晓度，增加ADHD治疗的依从性和缓解率，规范诊疗流程。  

Objectives of Study：

On the basis of previous studies, this study intends to further move the intervention age to 4 years old. Relying on the Internet hospital platform and campus service station, we will further optimize the integration of doctors and educators in screening, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up, and further deepen the integration of doctors and educators in behavioral therapy, so that behavioral therapy can enter schools and families, and be fully promoted in primary and secondary schools in Jing'an District The integration of doctors and educators of ADHD can improve the awareness of ADHD, increase the compliance and remission rate of ADHD treatment, and standardize the diagnosis and treatment process.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①对盐酸哌甲酯和盐酸托莫西汀过敏或有禁忌症的儿童；
②患癫痫、神经发育迟滞（IQ＜70）、重性精神病及其他脑器质性疾病的儿童；
③合并严重心、脑、肾等器官功能障碍的儿童。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children who are allergic to methylphenidate hydrochloride and atomoxetine hydrochloride or have contraindications;
2. Children with epilepsy, neurodevelopmental retardation (IQ < 70), severe psychosis and other brain organic diseases;
3. Children with severe dysfunction of heart, brain and kidney.
