研究目的：

抗NMDA受体（NMDAR）脑炎是最常见的自身免疫性脑炎（AE）类型，与针对神经表面或突触抗原的自身抗体有关，自2007年首次报告以来，随着临床方法的发展，确定的抗NMDAR脑炎及其它自身免疫脑炎的病例数不断增加。据报道，不同种族和国家之间抗NMDAR脑炎的临床特征和治疗策略存在差异。2017年 ，中国提出了关于AE管理的国内共识，旨在提高对这种疾病的认识并确定适合中国患者的最佳治疗方法。然而，由于抗NMDAR患者的临床特征和长期预后的数据有限， 样本量少的报告很少。因此，本项目的实施将通过回顾性分析自身免疫性脑炎的相关特征，为自身免疫性脑炎的筛查和防控等临床决策提供并丰富中国自己的临床数据，因此具有重要的科学价值和潜在的社会经济效益。  

Objectives of Study：

Anti-NMDA receptor (NMDAR) encephalitis is the most common type of autoimmune encephalitis (AE), which is related to autoantibodies against neural surface or synaptic antigens. Since the first report in 2007, with the development of clinical methods, The number of confirmed cases of anti-NMDAR encephalitis and other autoimmune encephalitis is increasing. According to reports, there are differences in the clinical features and treatment strategies of anti-NMDAR encephalitis between different races and countries. In 2017, China proposed a domestic consensus on AE management, aiming to raise awareness of this disease and determine the best treatment for Chinese patients. However, due to the limited data on the clinical characteristics and long-term prognosis of anti-NMDAR patients, there are few reports of small sample sizes. Therefore, the implementation of this project will provide and enrich China's own clinical data for clinical decisions such as screening, prevention and control of autoimmune encephalitis through retrospective analysis of the relevant characteristics of autoimmune encephalitis, so it has important scientific value And potential social and economic benefits.
