研究目的：

通过为期1年的前瞻性观察性研究，研究呼吸道病毒感染与哮喘急性发作之间的相关性；同时观察患者病情恢复及气道炎症，以分析哮喘患者急性发作的易感因素，以明确病毒感染在哮喘急性发作的作用。

To identify the role of respiratory virus in asthma exacerbation and convalescence.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）合并有慢性阻塞性肺疾病、支气管扩张症、严重脏器功能不全
（2）有精神疾病史、酒精或者药物滥用史、使用β受体阻滞剂等。
（3）其他引起喘息发作的疾病

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, bronchiectasis, severe organs dysfunction drug abuse, and other disease with wheeze.
