评价REG3A、I-FABP、 nCD64不同方式联合诊断在新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎早期诊断中的应用价值，建立敏感性、特异性和应用性较强的NEC患儿早期诊断方法。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to evaluate the diagnostic value of REG3A, I-FABP and nCD64 in the early diagnosis of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis, and to establish a sensitive, specific and practical method for early diagnosis of NEC.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

先天性肠道疾病；先天性腹壁缺损；复杂畸形。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with congenital intestinal diseases;
2. Patients with congenital abdominal wall defect;
3. Patients with complex deformities.

诊断试验：

Diagnostic Tests：

金标准或参考标准（即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法，在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准）：

NEC诊断以及严重程度指标 NEC诊断及分期参照改良的Bell等的分级诊断标准； NEC I期：具有体温不稳定，呼吸暂停，神蘼等全身症状，具有胃残留奶增加，中腹部膨胀，大便潜血阳性等肠道症状和指征，腹部X线平片表现为肠充气或正常，肠功能性梗阻； NEC II期：在I期基础上出现轻度代酸和血小板降低，肠鸣音消失。腹部可有压痛，可有/可无腹部红肿，粪带血或者黑色，腹片提示肠胀气/肠功能性梗阻或者肠壁积气，可有/无腹水； NEC III期：在II期基础上出现低血压、重度呼吸暂停、重度呼酸和代酸、DIC表现（或无）等全身症状，可出现腹膜炎体征，无或有肠穿孔，腹黑色或鲜血，腹片显示气腹或腹水。
