通过解析肠道菌群-气体代谢物-NEC症状之间的关系，阐释早产儿NEC的生物学变化，了解气体的种类和含量在NEC发病过程中的作用，为NEC的早期诊断、治疗提供新的临床实践指导。  

Objectives of Study：

By analyzing the relationship between gut microbiota, intestinal gas and NEC symptoms, the biological changes of NEC in preterm infants were explained, and the role of intestinal gas in the pathogenesis of NEC was understood, so as to provide new clinical practice guidance for early diagnosis and treatment of NEC.

排除标准：

1.除外有先天性消化道畸形，
2.除外有代谢性疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Except for congenital malformation of digestive tract;
2. Except for metabolic diseases.

Suspected NEC: temperature instability, apnea, bradycardia, lethargy, poor feeding, emesis, pre-gavage residuals, mild abdominal distension, Radiological signs: normal or intestinal dilation, mild ileus.
