观察改良式太极拳能否提升腰背部肌肉的压痛阈值和肌肉特性。  

Objectives of Study：

To study whethere Tai Chi Quan can improve the pressure pain threshold and muscle properties of lower back muscles.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①有运动功能和感觉功能障碍；
②皮肤破损或有皮肤病者；
③有严重的心理状态改变；
④有腰部手术史；
⑤妊娠期女性或备孕期女性；
⑥有药物和酒精滥用史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Participants with motor and sensory dysfunction;
2. with broken or diseased skin;
3. be in unhealthy mental state;
4. have a history of lumbar surgery;
5. pregnant or be preparing for pregnancy;
6. have a history of drug and alcohol abuse.
