研究目的：

通过对早期脑卒中患者下肢在血流限制下利用功率踏车进行主动助力下低强度抗阻训练，观察其对脑卒中后早期偏瘫患者下肢功能改善及神经电生理指标的影响，探索一种即可明显诱发肌肉激活，又使运动中和运动后心血管系统承受的风险较小且骨骼肌相关性能恢复较快的最合适压力，寻求一种合适的强度的运动，为脑卒中患者更加科学、合理、有效地进行康复锻炼奠定理论及实践基础。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of low intensity resistance training with active assistance on lower extremity function and electrophysiological indexes in early stroke patients with Hemiplegia by using power bicycle under the limitation of blood flow, to explore the most suitable pressure, which can induce muscle activation obviously, and make the cardiovascular system bear less risk during and after exercise, and the muscle-related performance recover quickly, and to seek a suitable intensity of exercise, to lay a theoretical and practical foundation for more scientific, reasonable and effective rehabilitation exercise for stroke patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)受试者的排除标准为下肢有静脉血栓患者；
2)瘫痪侧肢严重痉挛或关节活动范围严重受限
3)合并严重的心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器功能不全患者；
4)患者有血小板减少症或凝血障碍性疾病；
5)因严重失语、交流困难或有严重认知障碍患者；
6)精神疾病史或意识障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) The exclusion criteria were patients with venous thrombosis in the lower extremities;
2) Severe spasticity or restricted range of motion in the paralyzed limbs;
3) Severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney dysfunction;
4) Patients with Thrombocytopenia or coagulopathy;
5) Patients with Severe Aphasia, difficulty communicating, or severe cognitive impairment;
6) Patients with a history of mental illness or impairment of consciousness.
