探讨艾司氯胺酮和瑞马唑仑在宫腔镜手术中的应用。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the application of remidazolam and esketamine in the hysteroscopic surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1) 急性上呼吸道感染、哮喘发作期或者急性重症喉部疾病的患者；
(2) 低血压患者（Bp<90/60mmHg）和未控制的严重高血压的患者（Bp﹥150/90mmHg）；
(3) 不明原因的病理性肥胖的患者；
(4) 肝功能障碍(child-pugh B 级) 的患者；
(5) 急性上消化道大量出血或穿孔的患者；
(6) 心脏病如严重心率失常、心梗≦6 个月、不稳定心绞痛和心衰的患者；
(7) 严重贫血的患者（Hb<70g）；
(8) 幽门梗阻并伴胃内容物潴留的患者；
(9) 严重精神病和意识障碍不能合作的患者；
(10) 丙泊酚药物过敏史及长期镇静镇痛药物服用史的患者；
(11) 肾上腺皮质功能不全的患者；
(12) 重症肌无力的患者；
(13) 糖尿病患者的血糖未控制好（空腹血糖﹥10mol/L）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection, asthmatic attack stage or acute severe laryngeal disease;
(2) patients with hypotension (Bp< 90/60mmhg) and patients with uncontrolled severe hypertension (Bp > 150/90mmhg);
(3) Pathologically obese patients with unknown causes;
(4) Patients with liver dysfunction (Child-pugh Grade B);
(5) Patients with acute massive hemorrhage or perforation of the upper digestive tract;
(6) Patients with heart disease such as severe arrhythmia, myocardial infarction <= 6 months, unstable angina pectoris, and heart failure;
(7) Patients with severe anemia (Hb<70g);
(8) Patients with pyloric obstruction and gastric content retention;
(9) Patients with severe mental illness and disturbance of consciousness who are unable to cooperate;
(10) Patients with a history of propofol allergy or long-term sedative and analgesic drug use;
(11) Patients with adrenal cortical insufficiency;
(12) Patients with myasthenia gravis;
(13) Diabetic patients' blood glucose is not well controlled (fasting blood glucose > 10mol/L).
