To explore the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation on cerebral cortex function in healthy subjects.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.重大疾病者；
2.既往有脑部手术史和癫痫病史者；
3.试验过程中有身体状况发生变化者；
4.身体内有金属异物者，如心脏起搏器、DBS 治疗器、支架等；
5.长期酗酒者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Major diseases;
2. History of brain surgery or epilepsy;
3. Any physical condition changes during the test;
4. Use of a cardiac pacemaker, or any metal implants;
5. Alcohol abuser or drugs abuser.
