研究目的：

制定“苍山太阳炷燎”穴位敷贴治疗慢性心力衰竭的技术规范，为海派中医特色外治法干预慢性心衰提供有效途径；并为相关产品研发提供科学依据，有助于向基层医疗单位推广应用，帮助慢性心衰患者居家康复与二级预防。  

Objectives of Study：

To formulate the technical specification of "Cangshan Taiyang Moxibustion" acupoint application in the treatment of chronic heart failure, provide an effective way for Shanghai style TCM characteristic external treatment method to intervene chronic heart failure, and provide scientific basis for related product research and development, which is conducive to the promotion and application of basic medical units, and help patients with chronic heart failure to recover at home and secondary prevention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.孕妇及哺乳期妇女；
2.近期需要器械治疗的慢性心衰患者，合并急性冠脉综合征（30天内）、心源性休克、急性心肌炎、药物难以控制的高血压（收缩压≥180mmHg和/或舒张压≥110mmHg）、难以控制的恶性心律失常、肥厚梗阻性心肌病、严重瓣膜病需要手术治疗及肺动脉栓塞者等；
3.合并其它严重疾病患者：严重肝肾功能不全、严重贫血、精神病、恶性肿瘤等；
4.既往有外用药物过敏史；
5.近2个月内参加其他研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant and lactating women;
2. Patients with chronic heart failure who need medical treatment in the near future, patients with acute coronary syndrome (within 30 days), cardiogenic shock, acute myocarditis, hypertension (systolic blood pressure >= 180 mmHg and / or diastolic blood pressure >= 110 mmHg), malignant arrhythmia, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, severe valvular disease requiring surgical treatment and pulmonary embolism;
3. Patients with other serious diseases: severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, severe anemia, psychosis, malignant tumor, etc.;
4. Have a history of allergy to topical drugs in the past;
5. Other researchers in recent 2 months.
