研究目的：

1. 主要目的：探索弱视患者立体视缺陷的大脑机制 2. 次要目的： 1)揭示弱视患者立体视相关脑区间的有效连通性及其与立体视功能的相关性； 2)探究弱视患者动态立体视是否存在缺陷及其大脑机制； 3)探究弱视患者手眼协调能力是否存在缺陷及其大脑机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main Purpose: To explore the brain mechanism of stereoscopic vision defect in amblyopia patients 2. Secondary Purpose: 1) To reveal the effective connectivity among stereovision related brain regions in amblyopia patients and its correlation with stereovision function; 2) To explore whether there are defects in dynamic stereovision and its brain mechanism in amblyopia patients; 3) To explore whether there is a defect in hand-eye coordination ability and its brain mechanism in amblyopia patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 其他器质性眼部病变及病史；
2) 精神性疾病及病史；
3) 幽闭恐惧症或有金属植入物等原因而不能配合磁共振检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other organic ocular lesions and history;
2. Psychiatric diseases and history;
3. Those who are claustrophobic or unable to cooperate with MRI examination due to metal implants and any other reasons.
