观察右美托咪定对老年髋部手术病人术后谵妄的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of dexmedetomidine on elderly hip surgery patients postoperative delirium

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

肝肾功能严重障碍患者（AST和／或ALT超过正常值的上限1.5倍，肌酐和／或尿素氮超过正常值上限患者）
长期服用镇静药物者
有精神不正常或其他原因不易合作者
入选后术中出现严重不良反应或意外事件患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Liver and kidney function in patients with severe disorders (AST and / or ALT more than the normal value of 1.5 times of the upper limit, urea nitrogen, creatinine and / or exceeds the upper limit);
2. Long-term use of sedative drugs;
3. The spirit abnormal or other reasons not easily alloy;
4. After be chosen of the patients,who intraoperative severe adverse reaction or accidents.
