To conduct a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of a new method of collapse surgery using a silicone implant in combination with valvular bronchial blocking with traditional methods of thoracoplasty in patients with XDR-TB.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

Patients with diagnosed bronchial tuberculosis;
Persons who refused to sign the informed consent;
Pregnant women with pulmonary tuberculosis XDR-TB;
Patients with purulent complications (empyema, fistula);
Patients with advanced lung processes.

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with diagnosed bronchial tuberculosis;
