研究目的：

通过观察小腿三头肌离心运动后加压吸氧干预对延迟性肌肉酸痛的影响，探讨与常规的按摩、牵拉等方法相比，加压吸氧的方式能否进一步促进损伤肌肉的恢复，为预防及缓解运动后延迟性肌肉酸痛症状提供新的方法。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to explore whether the method of pressure and oxygen inhalation can further promote the recovery of damaged muscles compared with conventional massage, stretching and other methods by observing the effect of micro-hyperbaric oxygen on delayed-onset muscle soreness after eccentric exercise of the calf triceps. The study could provide a new method to prevent and relieve the symptoms of delayed onset muscle soreness after exercise.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）有家族遗传病史、心脏病史、严重手术史、呼吸系统疾病或其他内科疾病；
（2）病史中有急性或过度使用性下肢损伤或肌肉损伤；
（3）研究前3个月内下肢肌肉酸痛的任何症状。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Have a family history of genetic disease, heart disease, serious surgery, respiratory disease or other medical diseases;
(2) Acute or overuse lower limb injury or muscle injury in the medical history;
(3) Any symptoms of lower limb muscle soreness in the first 3 months of the study.
