研究目的：

获得河北省慢阻肺急性加重住院患者临床管理的真实世界的数据，了解在真实世界慢阻肺急性加重患者的临床特征、治疗、预后转归现状。同时收集患者鼻咽拭子、痰或其他呼吸道标本进行涂片、培养和多重荧光定量PCR检测病原体，通过整理数据并统计分析河北省慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者的病原分布规律。分析不同病原诱发的慢阻肺急性加重患者的临床表现、严重程度、预后的差异。以期规范和提高我国慢阻肺急性加重的整体救治水平，降低致死率与医疗花费。

Objectives of Study：

To obtain the real world data of clinical management of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD in Hebei Province, and to understand the clinical characteristics, treatment and prognosis of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD. At the same time, nasopharyngeal swabs, sputum or other respiratory tract samples were collected for smear, culture and multiple fluorescence quantitative PCR detection of pathogens. The distribution of pathogens in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in Hebei Province was analyzed statistically. We aim to analyze the clinical manifestations, severity and prognosis of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD induced by different pathogens, thus reduce the overall mortality rate of COPD and improve the medical treatment level.
