研究目的：

（1）明确头针结合康复对痉挛型脑瘫患儿异常肌张力的影响； （2）从血流动力学角度判断头针对痉挛型脑瘫患儿的影响； （3）明确头针结合康复对痉挛性脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能影响。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To clarify the influence of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation on abnormal muscle tone in children with spastic cerebral palsy; (2) To judge the influence of the head on children with spastic cerebral palsy from the perspective of hemodynamics; (3) To clarify the influence of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation on the severe motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.肌张力为 0级（新修订的 Ashworth 量表）；
2.伴严重智力障碍，影响康复测评的患者；
3.合并癫痫病者；
4.合并有心、肝、肾以及其它器官器质性疾病者；
5.自发性出血倾向者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Abnormal reflex development;
2. Spastic cerebral palsy with increased muscle tension;
3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of spastic cerebral palsy;
4. Age 10 months to 6 years old;
5. Informed consent and voluntary participation of the guardian.
