研究目的：

本研究将早期RIC训练与后续运动康复联合，形成一种新型的早期卒中康复模式，探索此种新型康复模式的安全性及有效性，明确能否减少卒中恶化或复发，促进卒中患者的功能恢复，减轻残疾，改善预后。  

Objectives of Study：

The present study will explore the safety and effectiveness of this new early rehabilitation mode of stroke -remote ischemic conditioning with exercise, to determine whether it can reduce the deterioration or recurrence of stroke, promote the functional recovery of stroke patients, reduce disability and improve the prognosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①存在缺血适应禁忌症（如双上肢严重的软组织损伤、骨折及周围血管病等）；
②合并下肢骨折等因素不能完成康复训练；
③依从性差、不能完成随访；
④预期寿命≤1年；
⑤肺肝肾等脏器严重疾病未控制稳定；
⑥凝血功能障碍或活动性出血；
⑦合并急性冠脉综合征或严重心律失常；
⑧怀孕或哺乳期患者；
⑨在研究纳入前30天内参与另一项临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Contraindications for ischemic conditioning (e.g., severe soft tissue injury, fracture, and peripheral vascular disease in both upper limbs);
(2) lower limb fracture(s) or other factors that would prevent exercise training completion;
(3) history of poor compliance;
(4) life expectancy <= one year;
(5) severe hepatic, pulmonary, and/or renal dysfunction;
(6) coagulation dysfunction or active bleeding;
(7) combined acute coronary syndrome or severe arrhythmia;
(8) pregnant or lactating patients;
(9) participation in another clinical trial currently or within 30 days before study inclusion.
