研究目的:

本项目拟从运动生物力学和神经科学交叉学科角度,建立脑肌步态同步耦合分析新方法,研究患者在脑调控步态和脑肌耦合关系上的异常特征,探讨不同物理干预方法对改善患者神经调控异常和提高其步态稳定性的作用机制,建立评估物理干预疗效的定量指标,明确认知障碍对物理干预疗效的影响,为冻结步态康复干预的临床应用提供理论指导。  

Objectives of Study:

From the interdisciplinary perspective of biomechanics and neuroscience, this project intends to establish a new method of synchronous coupling analysis of cerebral–muscle-gait, study the abnormal characteristics of patients in neuro-modulatory gait and cerebral muscle coupling, explore the mechanism of different physical intervention methods to improve gait stability and neuro-modulatory abnormalities,establish quantitative indicators for evaluating the efficacy of physical interventionclarify the effect of cognitive impairment on physical intervention and provide theoretical guidance for clinical application of frozen gait rehabilitation intervention.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

合并有其他神经系统疾病、或有严重心肺疾病者或下肢关节运动损伤、或下肢肌张力障碍、平衡不稳或其他疾病导致站立、迈步困难、影响步行者。

Exclusion criteria:

Combined with other neurological diseases, or with severe cardiopulmonary disease or lower extremity joint movement injury, or lower limb dystonia, balance instability or other diseases leading to standing, difficulties in walking, and affecting pedestrians.
