研究目的：

本项目拟通过对6~14岁儿童及青少年的颅颌面生长发育的监测，从混合牙列早期开始收集正常??及不同类型的错??畸形的颅颌面生长发育信息，包括牙齿研究模型、头颅侧位片、家族史、口内及面部照片、人口统计学记录和其他重要记录，建立6~14岁儿童及青少年的的颅颌面生长发育数据库，为儿童及青少年早期矫治、及科学研究提供丰富可靠的理论基础。

Objectives of Study：

This project is to monitor the cranial and maxillofacial development and growth of children and adolescents aged 6-14 years old, through collecting all kinds of the cranial and maxillofacial growth of information in children with normal and abnormal occlusion from the early mixed dentition to early permanent dentition, including dental casts,cephalometrics, family study, facial photographs, demographic records and other important records.The research is expected to establish a cranial and maxillofacial growth and development database for children and adolescents aged 6 to 14 years, and to provide a reliable theoretical basis for early orthodontic treatment and scientific research in children and adolescents.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.头颅部外伤手术史；
2.有颌面部发育畸形，如唇裂、腭裂等；
3.有颌骨肿瘤、颌骨骨髓炎等颌骨疾病；
4.有全身性系统性影响生长发育的疾病, 例如佝偻病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of head trauma surgery;
2. There are maxillofacial developmental deformities, such as cleft lip, cleft palate, etc.;
3. There are jaw diseases such as jaw tumor and jaw osteomyelitis;
4. There are systemic diseases that affect growth and development, such as rickets.
