主要目的：研究Fasudil在糖尿病足创面愈合中的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To study the clinical effect of Fasudil on wound healing of diabetic foot.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 怀孕和哺乳期患者；10. 有精神等类疾病无法合作者、不愿合作、失访和意外死亡患者；
2. 根据Wagner分级，剔除Wagner分级为I级和V级患者；
3. 合并恶性肿瘤或其他严重疾病，生存预期小于6月；
4. 过去3个月内发生症状性心肌梗塞；或不稳定心绞痛，过去1月内发作大于等于3次；或药物难以控制的严重心力衰竭；
5. 合并严重呼吸功能不全（PO2<60mmHg，即8.0Kpa；或PCO2>50 mmHg ，即6.5Kpa）；
6. 合并严重肾脏功能不全，肌酐大于等于200umol/L；
7. 合并严重肝脏疾病（如急慢性肝炎、肝硬化），或谷丙转氨酶（ALT）升高达正常上限3倍以上；
8. 过去2个月内发生脑出血或大面积脑梗塞。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant and breastfeeding patients; 10. Patients with mental illnesses who are unable to cooperate, unwilling to cooperate, lost to follow-up and accidental death;
2. According to the Wagner classification, the patients with Wagner classification I and V were excluded;
3. Combined with malignant tumor or other serious diseases, the survival expectation is less than 6 months;
4. Symptomatic myocardial infarction within the past 3 months; or unstable angina pectoris, with more than or equal to 3 attacks within the past 1 month; or severe heart failure that is difficult to control by drugs;
5. Combined with severe respiratory insufficiency (PO2<60mmHg, ie 8.0Kpa; or PCO2>50 mmHg, ie 6.5Kpa);
6. Combined with severe renal insufficiency, creatinine is greater than or equal to 200umol/L;
7. Combined with severe liver disease (such as acute and chronic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis), or elevated alanine aminotransferase (ALT) more than 3 times the upper limit of normal;
8. Intracerebral hemorrhage or massive cerebral infarction within the past 2 months.
