研究目的：

基于液相色谱串联质谱（LC-MS/MS）检测平台，利用自建数据库，采用 MRM 检测模式，对入组样本进行广靶代谢物筛选和脂质绝对定性定量分析，鉴定出具有较高敏感性和特异性的结直肠肿瘤筛查和早诊生物标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) detection platform, we performed the self-built database and MRM detection mode to conduct wide-target metabolites screening and lipid quantitative analysis on the included samples, to identify the biomarkers for screening and early diagnosis of colorectal neoplasms with high sensitivity and specificity.
