研究目的:

定量评价单侧弱视中弱视与同眼视网膜微结构指标的差异及光学治疗6个月后的纵向变化。  

Objectives of Study:

To quantitatively assess the differences of retina microstructural metrics between amblyopic and fellow eyes in unilateral amblyopia and the longitudinal changes after optical treatment for 6 months.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.存在剥夺性弱视,双侧弱视,眼球震颤,介质混浊,眼部疾病,如青光眼或视网膜疾病;
2.既往有眼部手术史,早产儿,神经系统疾病,或任何可能影响视网膜微血管系统的系统性疾病,如糖尿病,高血压,心血管疾病;
3.任何眼睛近视均小于-1D;
4.由于视力或合作不良,无法适当定位或维持足够的视网膜固定

Exclusion criteria:

1. The presence of deprivation amblyopia, bilateral amblyopia, nystagmus, media opacity, ocular disease, such as glaucoma or retinal disease;
2. previous history of ocular surgery, prematurity, neurologic disease, or any systemic condition such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular which could impact the retinal microvasculature system;
3. any of the eyes have myopia greater than -1D;
4. unable to properly position themselves or maintain adequate retinal fixation due to poor vision or cooperation.
