研究目的：

(1)检验中文版PedsQLTM3.0版DMD模块的信度与效度，以探讨此模块在中国儿童的适用性，弥补我国目前缺乏评价DMD患儿生存质量工具的不足。 (2)通过韦氏智力量表、Conners 父母用症状问卷分别评定DMD患儿的认知损害及行为问题，并通过儿童生存质量量表评估共患神经行为问题对DMD患儿生活质量的影响，以加强临床工作者及家长对DMD患儿共患神经行为问题的认识，以指导疾病的早期诊断及干预并进一步提高患者的生存质量。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese PedsQLTM3.0 DMD module to explore its applicability in Chinese children and make up for the lack of tools for evaluating the quality of life of children with DMD in China. (2) The cognitive impairment and behavioral problems of the children with DMD were evaluated by the wechsler intelligence scale and Conners parental symptom questionnaire, and the impact of the co-occurring neurobehavioral problems on the quality of life of the children with DMD was evaluated by the child survival quality scale, so as to strengthen the understanding of clinical workers and parents on the co-occurring neurobehavioral problems of the children with DMD, so as to guide the early diagnosis and intervention of the disease and further improve the quality of life of the patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①不能配合完成韦氏智力检测的患儿；
②家属无法填写Conners父母用症状问卷及PedsQL量表。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children who cannot cooperate to complete The Wechsler intelligence test;
2. Family members cannot fill in Conners parental symptom questionnaire and PedsQL scale.
