研究目的：

完成基于多模态癫痫致痫区辅助定位检查技术的人工智能辅助诊断系统软件应用界面的开发，在多中心（宣武、天坛、儿研所）建立标准化数据采集、预处理流程，在各中心癫痫术前评估临床工作中应用该系统，并联合北京脑重大疾病研究院、北京市神经外科研究所，共5家单位对100例癫痫患者进行辅助诊断致痫区定位，根据实际手术切除部位定位及术后随访结果，验证并不断优化该系统。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose is to complete the development of software application interface of Artificial Intelligence Aided Diagnosis System Based on multimodal epileptogenic area auxiliary location examination technology, establish standardized data acquisition and preprocessing process in multi centers (Xuanwu, Tiantan, Institute of Pediatrics), and apply the system in clinical work of epilepsy preoperative evaluation in each center, and cooperate with Beijing Institute of major brain diseases and Beijing Institute of Neurology Institute of surgery, a total of 5 units to 100 cases of epilepsy patients with auxiliary diagnosis of epileptogenic area positioning, according to the actual surgical resection location and postoperative follow-up results, verify and constantly optimize the system.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a. 通过各项致痫区定位检查，癫痫会诊讨论未行致痫区切除的患者；
b. 术后病理结果不属于局灶性皮质发育不良（FCD）、海马硬化、结节性硬化、良性肿瘤其中之一；
c. 手术后一年随访Engle’s III~IV级；
d. 不能完成术后1年随访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patients who did not undergo the resection of the epilepsy area were discussed through the location examination and the epilepsy consultation;
2. The postoperative pathological results were not one of focal cortical dysplasia (FCD), hippocampal sclerosis, tuberous sclerosis and benign tumors;
3. Engle's III-IV subjects were followed up one year after operation;
4. Patients who can't complete 1-year follow-up.

金标准或参考标准（即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法，在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准）：

选择术后1年随访手术效果Engel's I级或II级的患者，认为手术切除致痫区位置准确，术后行病理学检查有相应阳性病理学发现，根据手术切除后复查影像学确定切除部位为致痫区定位金标准。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

We comformed that the location of epileptogenic zone was correct after surgical resection by paitents' 1 year follow-up result of Engel's grade I or II. Positive pathological findings were found after pathological examination site was determined as the gold standard for localization
