研究目的：

本研究通过研究建立中国常见的70多种遗传性疾病的NGS基因筛查技术体系，在全国开展多中心合作，探索各地区疾病的发病率、基因突变谱等，提出适合于中国人群的基因筛查病种，及各地区的个体化基因筛查模式。通过串联质谱筛查、听力筛查等联合基因筛查，更精准早期诊断与治疗病人，更好地为遗传咨询与再生育指导服务。

Objectives of Study：

A NGS genetic screening panel of more than 70 inherited disorders was established for the genetic screening system in China. Multi-center from the country would cooperate to explored the incidence of diseases in each region, gene mutation spectrum, and selected diseases suitable for Chinese population and special screening models in various regions. Combined tandem mass spectrometry screening, hearing screening and genetic screening may improve the early and accurate identification of neonates with inborn disorders and also would be benefit for genetic counseling and reproduction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a.父母不是中国人；
b.婴儿年龄大于28天；
c.不能提供2个直径大于8mm的干血斑；
d.辅助受孕妊娠（包括IVF-ET，ICSI妊娠）以及过程中接受了PGS/PGD的检测后出生的新生儿。

Exclusion criteria：

a.Parents are not Chinese;
b.The infant is older than 28 days;
c.Cannot provid 2x8mm blood spots;
d.Assisted pregnancy (including IVF-ET, ICSI pregnancy) and newborns who undergo PGS/PGD during pregnancy.
