分析学龄前OSA患儿认知功能损伤与血清神经生长因子水平的相关性，以探讨BDNF及NGF对OSA患儿并发认知功能障碍的作用，进而探讨OSA患儿并发认知功能障碍的发生机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the correlation between cognitive impairment and serum nerve growth factor (NGF) level in preschool children with OSA, to explore the effect of BDNF and NGF on cognitive dysfunction in children with OSA, and to explore the mechanism of cognitive dysfunction in children with OSA.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①中枢性呼吸暂停患儿；
②合并急慢性感染者；
③智力低下；
④合并短下颌、小下颌、巨舌症等颌面部发育异常患者；
⑤合并代谢系统、心血管系统、遗传疾病、神经肌肉疾病及精神疾病患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children with central apnea;
2. Patients with acute and chronic infection;
3. Mental retardation;
4. Patients with maxillofacial dysplasia such as short mandible, micrognathia and megaglossia;
5. Children with metabolic system, cardiovascular system, genetic disease, neuromuscular disease and mental disease were found.
