研究目的：

将本体感觉训练应用到前叉重建术后早期的康复计划中，观察本体感觉训练对于前叉重建患者膝关节肌肉力量、平衡能力等基本功能的影响，为ACLR术后康复方案的完善提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Proprioception training was applied to the early rehabilitation plan after anterior fork reconstruction to observe the effect of proprioception training on the basic functions such as knee muscle strength and balance ability of patients after anterior fork reconstruction, so as to provide a reference for the improvement of postoperative rehabilitation plan of ACLR.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不符合上述诊断标准，或合并其他部位损伤；
2.有小脑、前庭病变的患者；
3.精神异常；
4.合并心、脑、肾及造血系统严重疾患者及精神病患者；
5.既往有负重骨骼严重疾患，如脊柱关节肿瘤、结核或中度以上骨质疏松者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Failure to meet the above diagnostic criteria, or combined with other injuries;
2. Patients with cerebellar and vestibular lesions;
Mental disorders; 3.
4. Patients with severe diseases of heart, brain, kidney and hematopoietic system or mental illness;
5. Previous serious weight-bearing bone diseases, such as spinal joint tumor, tuberculosis or moderate or above osteoporosis.
