研究目的：

1）确定与汉族人心脏手术后近期和远期AF发生率增高有关的IL-6基因型 2）评价不同时间点外周血液和心包引流液中IL-6、MPO和BNP水平对POAF的预测价值 3）评价常规心电图P波特征（P波时限和P波离散度）对心脏手术后房颤的预测价值 4）探讨冠状动脉架桥手术后房颤的独立预测因子 5）评价CABG术后AF对近远期临床结局的影响 6）探讨冠状动脉旁路移植术后心房颤动的风险预测规则

Objectives of Study：

1. To identify the IL-6 genotype for in-hospital and long-term AF after cardiac surgery; 2. To identify the predictive value of the levels of IL-6, MPO and BNP of blood and pericardial drainage effusions for postoperative AF (POAF); 3. To measure changes of P-wave duration and P-wave dispersion in the standard 12-lead electroc ardiogram (ECG) and validate the clinical value of it for the prediction of POAF; 4. To explore the independent predictors of POAF; 5. To evaluate the in-hospital and long-term outcomes of POAF; 6. To develop a postoperative atrial fibrillation prediction rule after coronary artery bypass graft surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①任何AF病史（慢性AF、孤立性AF、特发性AF等）；
②急症手术者；
③心脏起搏器或除颤器植入者；
④手术前后有活动性感染征象或接受糖皮质激素类及其他抑制炎症反应和免疫反应类药物治疗者；
⑤血液透析、肝功能衰竭者；
⑥不愿意参加研究或未获得知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients who had a history of atrial fibrillation (chronic AF,lone AF, idiopathic AF,etc.);
2. patients with emergent cardiac surgery;
3. patients with a inplanted pacemaker or ICD;
4. patients had active infection or chronic inflammatory disorders or impaired immune system, or was on anti-inflammatory therapy;
5. patients with hemodialysis or liver failure;
6. patients who refused to participate in or haven't give written informed consent.
