研究目的:

随着我国新生儿出生听筛的普及,听障儿童确诊的年龄越来越小,以及随着预期寿命提高和社会老龄化,可以预测,未来数年内我国将会有更多的低龄听障婴幼儿和越来越多的老年耳聋患者成为耳蜗植入候选者,接受耳蜗手术患者的年龄将同时向低龄化和高龄化发展,伴有各种畸形、综合征及多种残疾等疑难病例的数量也在逐步增多。由于人工耳蜗存在一定的局限性,手术候选者病因和病变的复杂性,以及人工耳蜗昂贵的价格等,使人工耳蜗手术存在较大的风险。人工耳蜗植入手术数量的积累和经验教训的总结,是提高人工耳蜗植入水平、增强手术安全系数的重要环节,应不断总结经验以利于提高。因此,人工耳蜗植入目前面临的诸多问题,亟待大数据多中心的研究。对耳蜗植入患者的病因、高危因素、术后效果等开展大样本量的研究,对CI手术前后相关因素进一步分析,总结耳蜗植入手术的经验,对于慎重选择植入适应证,提高手术的成功率,减少手术并发症以及正确的评估手术效果具有十分重要的意义。  

Objectives of Study:

With the popularity of birth to screen in China, the age of the hearing impaired children diagnosed more and more small, and with increased life expectancy and an aging society, can be predicted that the next few years China will be more young infants and young children with hearing loss and a growing number of elderly deafness patients become candidates for cochlear implants, cochlear surgery patient's age will be at the same time to the development of age and aging, accompanied by a variety of malformations, syndrome and multiple disabilities gradually increase in the number of cases.Due to the limitations of cochlear implants, the complexity of the causes and lesions of candidates for surgery, as well as the high price of cochlear implants, cochlear implants have great risks.The accumulation of the number of cochlear implant operations and the summary of experience and lessons are important links to improve the level of cochlear implant and enhance the safety factor of surgery, so experience should be constantly summarized for improvement.Therefore, many problems of cochlear implant are urgently needed to be studied by big data multi-center.Cause and risk factors in patients with cochlear implants, postoperative effects, such as carrying out a research into the large sample size, the CI further analysis of relevant factors before and after operation, summarize the experiences of cochlear implants, to choose carefully inserted indication, improve the success rate of surgery, reduce complications and correct evaluation of operation effect is of great significance.
