研究目的：

（1）探究鼻咽通气道联合封闭口鼻手法通气在全身麻醉诱导期的安全性和有效性。 （2）评价在急救时应用鼻咽通气道联合封闭口鼻手法进行通气的可行性  

Objectives of Study：

（1）investigate the safety and efficacy of nasopharyngeal airway combined with the mouth and opposite nostril closed ventilation in the induction period of general anesthesia （2）evaluate the feasibility of using nasopharyngeal airway combined with nasal and mouth closed ventilation in first aid

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

面罩通气困难，既往鼻部手术史、鼻腔畸形及鼻腔内组织增生、习惯性鼻衄病史,心肺疾病和神经系统疾病病史，肺功能检查异常者

Exclusion criteria：

difficult mask ventilation,previous history of nasal surgery,nasal deformity and habitual epistaxis,a history of cardiopulmonary and neurological diseases,abnormal lung function test
