研究目的：

评价系统性三步疗法治疗慢性咳嗽的疗效和安全性，积累三步疗法在基层医院推广应用的经验。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of sequential three-step empirical therapy in the management of chronic cough, accumulate the experience in application of three-step therapy in primary hospitals.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

复方甲氧那明, 奥美拉唑, 多潘立酮. 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Methoxyphenamine, omeprazole, domperidone. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

一般情况： 年龄<16岁,或>75岁 妊娠、哺乳期妇女 有方案内药物过敏史 不易合作者 呼吸系统疾病： 职业性粉尘、有毒有害气体接触史 吸烟或戒烟2年以内 近2月内有上呼吸道感染史 伴有COPD、间质性肺炎、肺结核 其他内科疾病： 未控制的高血压、近3月内改服ACEI类药物、严重心律失常 糖尿病血糖控制不佳、严重甲亢或甲减 活动性消化溃疡、肝硬化失代偿、幽门梗阻或肠梗阻 严重肾脏、血液系统功能异常 血栓症、未经控制的惊厥性疾病患者 心身科疾病： 精神不正常者 外科疾病： 严重排尿困难、近期内脏手术者 眼科疾病： 青光眼。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or breast-feeding women;
2. Allergic to certain drugs;
3. Participants with poor compliance;
4. Respiratory disease: history of occupational dust and toxic or harmful gases exposure; smoking in last 2 years; upper respiratory tract infection in last 2 months; complicated with COPD, interstitial pneumonia and tuberculosis;
5. Other internal disease: uncontrolled hypertension, intaking ACEI in last 3 months, serious arrhythmia, unstable blood sugar, serious hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, active digestive ulcer, decompensate cirrhosis, intestinal obstruction, serioud renal and hematological abnormality, thrombus syndrome and untreated seizure;
6. Psychiatric disease;
7. Surgical disease: serious difficulty urinating and recent operation history;
8. Ophthalmologic disease: glaucoma.
