研究目的：

评价静电治疗在慢性失眠患者中的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the therapeutic effect of electrostatic therapy on insomnia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

静特易静电敷贴规格：20mm×30mm，静电膜宽20±3mm，静电膜长30±3mm，防粘背衬宽35±3mm，防粘背衬长45±3mm，静电膜的表面电位值的绝对值应≥为500V。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Specification: 20mm×30mm, electrostatic film width 20±3mm, electrostatic film length 30±3mm, anti-adhesion back lining width 35±3mm, anti-adhesion back lining length 45±3mm, the absolute value of surface potential of electrostatic film should be ≥ 500V. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）有阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、不宁腿综合征、周期性腿动等病史患者。
（2）合并其他精神疾病或既往有其他精神疾病患者：如焦虑障碍、抑郁障碍、双相障碍、精神分裂症及精神发育迟滞等精神疾病的患者。
（3）合并脑器质性疾病：如脑外伤史、癫痫等；合并严重躯体疾病。
（4）有药物滥用、物质成瘾或酒精依赖的患者。
（5）妊娠或哺乳妇女，未采取有效避孕措施的育龄妇女，和/或不愿或不能进行妊娠试验的妇女。
（6）正在接受或筛查前2月内曾接受失眠认知行为治疗等心理治疗。
（7）正在服药治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with a history of sleep Apnea hypopnea index, restless leg syndrome, and periodic leg movements disorder;
(2) Patients with other mental diseases or previous mental diseases: such as anxiety disorder, depression disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and mental retardation and other mental diseases;
(3) Patients complicated with organic brain diseases, such as history of brain trauma, epilepsy, etc.; Patients complicated serious physical diseases;
(4) Patients with substance abuse, substance addiction or alcohol dependence;
(5) Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, women of childbearing age who do not use effective contraception, and/or women who are unwilling or unable to carry out pregnancy tests;
(6) Patients received psychotherapy such as cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia within 2 months before screening;
(7) Patients who are taking medications for insomnia.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表。录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对。 电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Based on the original observation records, researchers will completely write accurate data into case report forms in time. Input the data into corresponding database system by two special researchers with two computers respectively.After that, researchers compare two database twice and electronic data will be conserved and backup.
