研究目的：

以非干预手段收集及分析青光眼小梁切除手术中使用丝裂霉素对眼表的影响；观察青光眼小梁切除手术后患者随访期眼表状态变化，评估丝裂霉素对眼表的损伤程度,为小梁切除手术中丝裂霉素的精准化应用提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The effects of mitomycin on ocular surface during trabeculectomy were collected and analyzed by non-intervention methods.The changes of ocular surface status after trabeculectomy were observed, and the damage degree of mitomycin to ocular surface was evaluated, so as to provide theoretical basis for the precise application of mitomycin in trabeculectomy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)排除伴有严重系统疾病患者(如癌症、重要脏器功能衰竭、严重脑血管意外后遗症等);
(2)排除任何影响泪膜稳定性的疾病，包括干燥综合征等全身疾病;
(3)排除同时患有过敏性、细菌性、病毒性等其他眼表疾病的患者;
(4)排除同时患有其他影响视功能的眼病（白内障除外）的患者;
(5)排除小梁切除术前1年有眼部手术史的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Exclude patients with severe systemic diseases (such as sequelae of serious cerebrovascular accidents caused by cancer, vital organ failure, etc.);
(2) Exclude any disease affecting the stability of tear film, including systemic diseases such as Sjogren's syndrome;
(3) Exclude patients with other ocular surface diseases such as allergic bacterial virus;
(4) Exclude patients with other eye diseases (except cataract) that affect visual function;
(5) Patients with a history of eye surgery 1 year before trabeculectomy were excluded
