研究目的：

通过学龄前儿童（4-6岁）注意力缺陷/多动障碍（ADHD）早期筛查，了解上海学龄前儿童ADHD患病情况；明确行为和营养联合干预对学龄前儿童ADHD症状的改善作用，探索可能的学校、家庭、医疗机构多中心一体化链式联合早期干预模式，以期减少ADHD对学习和社会功能的危害。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the early screening of attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in preschool children (4-6 years old), understand the prevalence of ADHD among preschool children in Shanghai.To clarify the effect of joint intervention of behavior and nutrition on the improvement of ADHD symptoms of preschool children, and explore possible multi-center integrated chain joint early intervention models for schools, families, and medical institutions in order to reduce the harm of ADHD to learning and social function.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 不符合上述诊断和纳入标准者
② 存在发育障碍和精神系统疾病者
③ 有严重心、脑血管疾病及肝、肾等其他器官的严重原发疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who do not meet the above diagnosis and inclusion criteria;
2. Those with developmental disorders and mental illness;
3. Those who have serious heart and cerebrovascular diseases and serious primary diseases of liver, kidney and other organs.

由研究人员利用随机数表，采用分层整群随机抽样方法，按照“幼儿园-年级-班”的分配技术路线，在上海市浦东新区逐级抽取样本，共抽取5所幼儿园，每所幼儿园按照小班，中班，大班各随机抽取1至2个班级，以班级为最小抽样单位进行调查，抽取3-6岁儿童入组。
