研究目的：

1.使用异常检测技术从健康对照人群中识别出患老年痴呆症的风险； 2.为临床决策支持系统的开发提供信息，旨在早期诊断MCI/AD。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Identifying a risk of developing Alzheimers disease from healthy controls using novelty detection techniques; 2.Informing future guidelines for the development of a clinical decision-making support system aiming at an early diagnosis of MCI/AD.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.精神疾病、路易体痴呆、额颞叶痴呆、血管性痴呆、帕金森病、亨廷顿病、多发性硬化症、脑积水等的个人或家族病史；
2.研究者认为重大疾病或不稳定的医疗状况可能会干扰参与者的遵约能力。

Exclusion criteria：

1. personal or family history of psychiatric disorders, Lewy body dementia, frontal temporal dementia,Vascular dementia, Parkinson's disease, Huntington disease, and Multiple Sclerosis, hydrocephalus,amongst others;
2. Major medical illnesses or unstable medical condition in the opinion of the investigator may interfere with the participants ability to comply.
