评价重复经颅磁刺激治疗卒中后吞咽功能障碍是否有效  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of rTMS on post-stroke dysphagia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①中风以外的包括颅脑外伤或其他神经系统疾病。 ②严重感觉丧失或认知功能缺陷。③患者不能提供准确信息，例如失语等。④合并不稳定性心律失常、发热、感染、癫痫、使用镇静剂患者。⑤存在其他rTMS 禁忌证。⑥无法完成随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. included head injury or neurological disease other than stroke;
2. Patients who were unable to give informed consent because of severe anaesthesia or cognitive deficit were not included;
3. Patients who were unable to give informed consent because of severe aphasia, ansognosia or cognitive deficit were not included;
4. unstable cardiac dysrhythmia, fever, infection, hyperglycaemia, epilepsy and prior administration of tranquiliser;
5. The presence of other contraindications;
6. Unable to complete the follow-up.
