研究目的：

通过真实、客观的临床数据，探索肺癌组织与正常组织的基因表达差异，并且基于此来探索肺癌早期筛查的方法以及作为肺癌治疗的靶点来研究药物疗效和作用机理，为开发靶向药物提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to explore the differences in gene expression between lung cancer tissues and normal tissues through real clinical data,explore the methods for early screening of lung cancer and study the efficacy and mechanism of drugs as a target of lung cancer treatment,so as to provide basis for the development of targeted drugs.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

⑴临床病理检测为鳞癌、大细胞癌以及小细胞肺癌的患者；
⑵合并有严重的心、脑、肝以及造血系统等严重原发性疾病不能耐受手术者；
⑶绝大部分诊断明确的Ⅳ期、大部分Ⅲ b 期和部分Ⅲ a 期非小细胞肺癌，以及分期晚于 T1-2N0-1M0期的小细胞肺癌；
⑷妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with squamous cell carcinoma, large cell carcinoma and small cell lung cancer were clinically and pathologically detected;
2. Patients with severe primary diseases of the heart, brain, liver and hematopoietic system, who could not tolerate surgery;
3. most of the diagnosis clear stage IV and most IIIb, and part of IIIa stage non-small cell lung cancer, and staging later than T1-2N0-1M0 stage small cell lung cancer;
4. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
