研究目的：

①本研究将分析健康及合并慢病老年人群的血管老化指标（c-fPWV及其他组织生物标志物），获取中国人群的PWV参考值和正常值。 ②通过探索早期血管衰老人群的危险因素，尤其超正常血管老化人群（SUPERNOVA）的保护性因素，形成老年血管疾病的预防及诊疗规范，从而延缓早期血管老化的发生发展。 ③通过前瞻性随访研究，明确不同血管衰老分型与心血管靶器官损害及心血管事件风险的关联性、不同循环生物标志物指标与c-fPWV等意义明确血管衰老预测指标的相关性，识别危险因素和治疗策略的干预有效性。 ④通过本研究的数据，建立早期血管老化风险识别的关键技术，通过早期识别危险人群，干预并保护血管功能，从而降低心血管事件终点风险，促进老年人身心健康，提高生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will analyze the vascular aging index (cf-PWV and other tissue biomarkers) of healthy and elderly people with chronic diseases, and obtain the PWV reference value and normal value of Chinese population. By exploring the risk factors of early vascular aging population, especially the protective factors of supernormal vascular aging population (SUPERNOVA), the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of elderly vascular diseases are formed, thus delaying the occurrence and development of early vascular aging. By prospective follow-up study, the correlation between different types of vascular senescence and cardiovascular target organ damage and cardiovascular event risk, different circulating biomarker index and cf-PWV were identified. Through the data of this study, the key technology of early vascular aging risk identification is established, and the risk of cardiovascular events is reduced, the physical and mental health of the elderly is promoted and the quality of life is improved.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准
①入选前三个月内发生脑血管事件者；
②入选前三个月内发生心肌梗死、Ⅱ度及以上心力衰竭；
③严重肝、肾疾病（估计肾小球滤过率＜30ml／1.73m2）和ALT正常值上限2.5倍；
④肿瘤患者；
⑤不能坚持随访或依从性较差者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cerebrovascular events occurred within the first three months;
2. Myocardial infarction, II degree and above heart failure occurred within the first 3 months;
3. Severe liver and kidney disease (estimated glomerular filtration rate <30 ml/1.73m2) and upper limit of alt normal value 2.5 times;
4. Patients with cancer;
5. No follow-up or poor compliance.
