研究目的：

驱动压指导的个体化PEEP滴定法在机器人辅助腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术中的应用，辅以肺部超声评估肺不张的发生程度与视神经鞘直径，通过与传统的肺保护通气策略相比较，观察其是否可以避免或降低肺不张的发生以及对颅内压的影响,研究结果可指导并改进机器人辅助腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术的麻醉通气管理。  

Objectives of Study：

The application of the individualized PEEP titration guided by driving pressure in robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy, supplemented by lung ultrasound to assess the occurrence of atelectasis and the diameter of the optic nerve sheath, compared with traditional lung protection ventilation strategies,Observe whether it can avoid or reduce the occurrence of atelectasis and its influence on intracranial pressure. The results of the study can guide and improve the anesthesia ventilation management of robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①合并严重的呼吸系统并发症或严重肺功能不全，包括困难气道、哮喘、胸廓疾病、肺部限制性和阻塞性疾病、胸廓及脊柱畸形患者；
②合并严重的心血管系统并发症，包括先天性心脏病、严重心率失常、冠心病、心梗、心衰、心肌病等；
③患有脑血管病、颅脑肿瘤、颅脑外伤等疾病，包括垂体瘤、脑出血、脑梗死等；
④患有精神类疾病如神经分裂症、抑郁症、长期失眠等，或长期服用精神类药物；
⑤曾接受过胸科或神经外科的手术或近6个月接受过外科手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe respiratory complications or severe pulmonary insufficiency, including difficult airways, asthma, thoracic diseases, lung restrictive and obstructive diseases, thoracic and spinal deformities;
2. Combined with serious cardiovascular system complications, including congenital heart disease, severe arrhythmia, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, etc.;
3. Suffer from cerebrovascular diseases, brain tumors, brain trauma and other diseases, including pituitary tumors, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, etc.;
4. Suffer from mental illness such as schizophrenia, depression, long-term insomnia, etc.;
5. Have undergone thoracic or neurosurgery surgery or surgery in the past 6 months.
