研究目的：

观察PGE1和PGI2对糖尿病肾病残余肾功能的保护作用，及是否可以降低或改善糖尿病患者多器官并发症，缓解症状，提高患者生存质量  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the protective effects of PGE1 and PGI2 on residual renal function of diabetic nephropathy, and whether it can reduce or improve multiple organ complications, relieve related symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 临床怀疑非糖尿病肾病或肾活检病理诊断除糖尿病肾病外合并其他肾脏疾病；
2) 有出血倾向或正在服用抗凝剂或抗血小板药物；
3) 有过敏倾向或对已知药物过敏；
4) 妊娠或哺乳；
5) 参与其他研究的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with clinically suspected or biopsy-conformed non-diabetic kidney disease;
2. Bleeding tendency or being taking anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs;
3. Allergic tendency or known allergy to drug ingredient;
4. Pregnancy or lactation;
5. Participation in another trial at the same period.
