研究目的：

本项目通过分析肠道准备失败的相关危险因素，建立肠道准备失败风险预测模型，对患者肠道准备失败的风险进行精准分层，从而个体化、优化肠道准备方案，改变以往“一刀切”模式，从整体上提高患者的肠道准备质量和效率，降低医疗成本。  

Objectives of Study：

This project through the analysis of the relevant risk factors of intestinal preparation failure, the establishment of intestinal preparation failure risk prediction model, accurate stratification of the risk of intestinal preparation failure of patients, so as to individualize, optimize the intestinal preparation program, change the previous "one-size-fits-all" model, improve the quality and efficiency of intestinal preparation and reduce medical costs.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）活动性消化道出血；
2）可疑或已知的胃出口、肠梗阻；
3）炎症性肠病或中毒性巨结肠；
4）严重的充血性心力衰竭；
5）严重的肺部疾病；
6）严重的慢性肾衰竭（肌酐清除率<30ml/min）；
7）妊娠期或哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with active gastrointestinal bleeding;
2. Patients with suspected or known gastric outlet or intestinal obstruction;
3. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease or toxic megacolon;
4. Patients with severe congestive heart failure;
5. Patients with severe lung diseases;
6. Patients with severe chronic renal failure (creatinine clearance rate < 30ml / min);
7. Pregnant or lactating women.
