研究目的：

探索使老年患者达麻醉状态较恰当的丙泊酚诱导速度，减少延迟神经认知恢复的发生，为临床麻醉诱导提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the appropriate rate of propofol induction for elderly patients to achieve anesthesia, reduce the occurrence of delayed neurocognitive recovery, and provide reference for clinical anesthesia induction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

肥胖（BMI>28kg/m2）;对所用的麻醉药过敏者；脑肿瘤疾病；脑血管意外史者；肝肾功能不全；精神疾病史或服用精神药物史；近期酗酒史；语言交流困难、显著的听力或视觉损害者；术前MMSE量表评分<24分。

Exclusion criteria：

obesity (BMI >28kg/m2); allergic to the used anesthetics; brain tumor disease; history of cerebrovascular accident; liver and kidney dysfunction; history of mental illness or taking psychotropic drugs; recent alcohol abuse; language communication difficulties, significant hearing or visual impairment; preoperative Mini-Mental State Examination score <24.
